EarthScope data, publications, and images are free for researchers and educators to use. For citation purposes, see the suggested formats below. Bracketed or ALL CAPS text should be filled in with the appropriate information and the brackets deleted:
For images or publications without a specified author:
EarthScope National Office (DATE). [Title of EarthScope map, image, or article]. Online publication. [URL for item or webpage].
Example: EarthScope National Office (2015). EarthScope Station Status as of June 2015. Online publication. https://www.earthscope.org/sites/default/files/escope/assets/uploads/maps/ALLSTATIONS_MAP_JUNE2015.pdf
For images or publications with a named author:
[Author name] (DATE). [Title of EarthScope map, image, or article. List the publication if the item is an article in a longer publication, such as inSights newsletter, etc.]. Online publication. EarthScope National Office. [URL for item or webpage].

EarthScope resources (illustrations, logos, power-point presentations, etc.) can be used to enhance the development of presentations, websites, and curricula.
